Nightmarish Eliminator, Vampyriuss

"The pitch-black bat that invites us into the world of absolute darkness"

My latest drawing and one that took a lot of time, at least 14 hours.

I've always been a fan of gothic designs, they are all so spiky and complex. It's something I always loved and I always try to incorporate that into my drawings.
This time a decided to do what I call a "gothic bat" showing its wings and standing on a stone during an eclipse that somehow occurred during the night.
The name "vampyriuss" is an alteration I made of the word "Vampyrus" of "Pteropus vampyrus", the scientific name for one of the largest bats in world.
"Nightmarish Eliminator" is kind of a title or nickname I decided to give to the creature I drew. You know, to try to make it feel like it's a real creature.
I decided to write that sentence at the top because I found it interesting to write a sentence about the drawing, or in this case, the creature in the drawing.
